For generations, women have trusted Swedish to provide the highest, most comprehensive level of care. Whether you’re having a child or entering menopause, we are here to care for you at every stage in your life.

At Swedish, we not only care for you, but we care for your family, too. We deliver more babies every year than any other health system in Western Washington. Most of the time, everything goes according to plan, but when you need a little extra TLC for your precious little one, you have access to our full spectrum of services including prenatal care; childbirth; Neonatal ICU (NICU); and care for older children with ongoing problems – all within one coordinated care team.

Your generous support makes these life-changing services available when our patients need it most.

Prenatal and postpartum care for new families, mothers, and their babies

Funded entirely by donations from our community, The Lytle Center for Pregnancy & Newborns gives new families, mothers, and their babies, the resources they need to get off to the best start.

Thanks to the thoughtful contributions from supporters, new families have access to educational programs, birth and parenting classes, support groups and experts to answer all their health questions from the time you find out your pregnant to after your baby arrives.

We provide newborn follow-up appointments to ensure baby is thriving and moms can get care for their own health post-delivery, including screening and treatment for postpartum mood disorders. We also provide lactation support for those who need a little extra help with breastfeeding.
