You can advise friends and family how to make a tribute gift in an obituary: "Remembrances may be made to the Swedish [name of program], c/o Swedish Medical Center Foundation, 747 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98122.

Direct Your Gift
Your gift may be designated to a particular program or area of care or may be made to support the greatest needs.

Recognition Opportunities ~ Wall of Honor
	When donations in memory or honor of a loved one reach $5,000, the individuals name is placed in a special section of the Wall of Honor. This is a wonderful way to remember or honor a loved one.
